EU 14-Day Withdrawal & Return Policy

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your online order within 14 days after the order has been delivered.

To request a cancellation or return, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging where possible.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund according to our return policy.
